Terms of use

The Bohrin software is open source under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of it, including commercial use, is governed by that licence and the notices in the repository, not by these terms. Where these terms and the licence differ about the software, the licence wins.

Features described on the site as "coming at launch" do not exist yet. Their final behaviour may differ from the description.

Paid plans are not available through this site. If they launch, they will come with their own terms, which you will see and accept before paying.

Bohrin is a testing tool, and every test has limits. Please read its results the way they are meant:

• —A finding means the check found a specific gap. Each proven finding comes with a script so you can confirm it yourself.
• —A clean result means the checks that ran found nothing. It does not mean the grader, test suite or evaluation cannot be fooled. Bohrin always lists what it did not check.
• —bohrin verify reports changes to tests as facts. It does not decide whether anyone cheated.
• —You remain responsible for your own graders, models, training runs and release decisions.

If you believe a finding is wrong, please report it. It is the most useful report there is.

The articles, use cases, weakness descriptions, designs and the Bohrin name and logo belong to Bohrin unless stated otherwise. You may:

• —read, link to and share any page;
• —quote reasonable portions, with credit to Bohrin and a link to the source page;
• —cite our work in papers, posts and talks.

To republish whole articles, or to use the Bohrin name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, please ask first at founder@bohrin.com.

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to index and cite the site, as set out in our robots.txt.

Please do not:

• —try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• —use the site to break the law or to harm others;
• —pretend to be Bohrin, or suggest we endorse something we have not.

If Bohrin finds a gap in a grader that someone else maintains, we tell its maintainer privately first, with the reproduction script and a suggested fix. The public record comes 45 days later, or sooner if they have fixed it and agree. Records name the grader, never a person. The full process is in our disclosure policy. We ask anyone using Bohrin on graders they do not own to follow the same practice.

The site links to other services, such as GitHub, PyPI, Calendly, X and research papers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

The site, its content and the software are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will always be available, that the content is complete or error-free, or that the software is fit for a particular purpose.

Articles and use cases explain ideas and show example output. They are not professional, legal or financial advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bohrin and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site, its content or the software, including decisions based on Bohrin's results.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as Bohrin grows. We will change the date at the top when we do, and for significant changes we will also say so on the site. The version shown here applies from its date.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them or the site will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
