Privacy Policy

I. Who we are

Bohrin (“Bohrin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds adversarial auditing technology for embodied AI. Bohrin is in the process of incorporating as a company; until that process completes, Bohrin operates this Site and is responsible for the practices described below. Once incorporation completes, this policy will be updated to reflect the incorporated entity, and any change in who controls your information will be disclosed here in advance.

“Site” refers to this website. “You” refers to anyone who visits the Site or contacts us through it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

II. Information we collect

1. Information collected automatically

This Site does not use cookies and does not run analytics or tracking scripts of any kind. We do not build a profile of visitors, and no information is automatically stored about your visit beyond what your hosting provider retains for basic operation (see Section VII). If that changes — for example, if we later add analytics to understand site usage — this section will be updated first, before any such tool is switched on, and the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly.

2. Information you provide directly

The Site has no account system, sign-up flow, or forms that store data on our servers. The only information we receive directly from you is information you choose to send us, such as:

  • Your email address and message content, if you email us directly.
  • Your name, email address, and any details you choose to share, if you book a call through Calendly (see Section VII) via one of the “Book a call,” “Book a demo,” or “Start a Pilot Audit” links on this Site.

We do not currently collect billing information, account credentials, or technical/product usage data of any kind, because the Site does not yet offer a product or service to sign up for. If and when Bohrin launches a product with accounts or paid services, this policy will be substantially expanded before that launch to describe exactly what is collected, how it's used, and how it's protected.

3. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at prabhugopal0602@gmail.com and we will delete it.

III. How we use and share information

We use the limited information described above only to read and respond to your message, or, if you book a call, to prepare for and hold that call. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles from it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for money or any other valuable consideration, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This is a permanent commitment, not one contingent on Bohrin's incorporation status or size.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or if we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, protect our rights, or protect the safety of others.

IV. How we protect information

Our main safeguard is simple: we do not collect what we don't need. The Site has no database of user accounts or stored form submissions, so there is very little of yours for us to lose. Where we do handle information — your email, or details shared ahead of a call — we treat it as confidential and accessible only to authorized Bohrin personnel.

We are not yet able to claim formal certifications such as SOC 2, since Bohrin is pre-incorporation and does not operate infrastructure at that scale today. As Bohrin builds and launches its product, we intend to adopt industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and independent security review) appropriate to the data we hold at that time, and this policy will be updated to describe them concretely rather than in the abstract.

If we become aware of a breach affecting personal information you've shared with us, we will notify you without undue delay. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

V. Your rights and choices

You can ask us at any time what correspondence we hold from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing prabhugopal0602@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days and honor reasonable requests in good faith. We do not send marketing emails, so there is nothing to opt out of today — if that changes, every such email will include a clear unsubscribe option.

We are not currently a business subject to the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), because Bohrin is not yet incorporated and does not process personal data at a scale those laws are designed to regulate. Once that changes, we intend to fully honor applicable rights under those frameworks — including access, correction, deletion, data portability, restriction, objection, and opt-out of sale/share — with the formal response timelines those laws require, and this section will be updated to reflect that in specific, binding terms rather than general intent.

VI. Cookies and tracking technologies

This Site does not set cookies and does not use any tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or similar technologies. If that changes in the future, this section will describe exactly what is used and why, and — where required by law — we will ask for your consent first.

VII. Third-party services we use

This Site relies on a small number of third-party services to function:

  • Netlify (hosting) — this Site is hosted on Netlify. Like virtually all web hosts, Netlify keeps standard server access logs (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) for operational and security purposes. We do not separately access or analyze these logs for tracking purposes.
  • Google Fonts — the Site loads typefaces directly from Google's servers, which means your browser sends a request to Google that includes your IP address, under Google's own font-serving infrastructure. We do not control or receive this data ourselves.
  • Calendly — the “Book a call,” “Book a demo,” and “Start a Pilot Audit” links on this Site open Calendly in a new tab. These are plain links, not an embedded widget — nothing you enter on Calendly passes through our servers. Any information you provide there (such as your name, email, and meeting details) is collected and processed directly by Calendly, under Calendly's own privacy policy, not this one.

No advertising networks, marketing trackers, or data brokers are used on this Site, and no data collected here is sold or shared for marketing purposes.

VIII. International visitors

This Site is operated from India and hosted on infrastructure that may be located in the United States or elsewhere. If you access the Site from outside of where it is hosted, any information you send us (such as an email) will be processed in the country where our systems and email provider operate. Because we do not yet operate at a scale that triggers formal cross-border transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses), we have not put those in place — we will do so once they become applicable to how Bohrin operates.

IX. Links to other websites

This Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or resources — including Calendly, as noted above. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site, and this Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through this Site.

X. Changes to this policy

Bohrin is an active, early-stage project, and this policy will change as the Site, its functionality, and its legal status (including incorporation) evolve. Material changes — such as introducing analytics, accounts, or a commercial product — will be reflected here in advance of taking effect, and, where we have an email address for you, we may also notify you directly. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the most recent revision.

XI. Contact us

Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your information, can be sent to prabhugopal0602@gmail.com.
